Dear amazing Pipsticks Team,

I love my sticker subscription! I've always loved stickers but really got into them when I became sober from alcohol at age 26. Stickers helped me stay accountable in the early days of sobriety. I'm so proud to say that I'm now over 1.5 yrs booze-free (woo hoo!) & that stickers continue to bring me so much joy in my life. Thank you for everything.

Happy Friday! And happy last day of September :)

It feels like everyone I've talked to in the past 48 hours is freaking out a little bit that it's almost October. September was super fun with Pips bday energy, but it did seem to fly by. How about you (and are you leaning into PSL season)?

This week, Pips felt like a lot. Our customer service queue got backed up while we were training new team members and there was a snowball effect that we've all been working overtime to counteract. While we ARE making good progress, it's such a bummer when someone's first experience with Pipsticks is anything but sunshine and rainbows.

Owning a growing business is not for the weak of heart and this week I've been so thankful for you! Your patience and notes of encouragement and understanding as we get back into our groove is invaluable.

I've also felt so incredibly proud of my team who have maintained such a steady, consistent resolve to do what we need to do to get through it. They've been thoughtful, supportive of one another, and able to keep focused on our mission (to make you HAPPY) despite many distractions. Onward and upward...
