How we're using our March 2026 Hello Kitty and Friends Sticker Pack
If you’ve never made a sticker matchbook card before… prepare to become obsessed. It’s one of those crafts that feels equal parts adorable, nostalgic, and gift-able.
We used our March Hello Kitty and Friends Sticker Pack to turn a simple piece of paper into the sweetest little Easter surprise - complete with a tiny sheet of stickers tucked inside like a matchbook.
It’s the perfect springtime card for friends, kids, pen pals, or anyone who appreciates a tiny treasure.
Supplies

-
Rectangular piece of cardstock or sturdy paper
-
Stapler
-
Stickers from the March Hello Kitty and Friends pack (we also used our Coquette Sticker Book for extra patterns and borders)
-
Pen or marker for a note (optional)
Step 1: Fold Your Matchbook Card

Start with your rectangular piece of paper.
-
Fold one side of the paper down toward the center but leave about a ½-inch overlap at the bottom.
-
Next, fold the bottom ½ inch upward.
-
This small folded section will become the bottom “matchbook” flap that holds your stickers.
Now you’ve got the base of your matchbook card!
Step 2: Add Your Sticker Sheet

Pick the sticker sheet you’re ready to part with (this is the hardest step… we know).
-
Place the sticker sheet inside the card so the bottom edge sits inside the ½-inch folded flap.
-
Use a stapler to staple along that bottom fold.
Just like that, your stickers are secured inside the matchbook.
Step 3: Decorate Everything

Now the fun part: decorate your matchbook card.
Since the Hello Kitty pack is full of springtime energy, we leaned into an Easter-y, pastel vibe.
-
Cover the outside of the card with cute characters and spring motifs.
-
Add borders, bows, or patterns using the Coquette Sticker Book.
-
Decorate the inside flap so there’s a fun surprise when the card opens.
You can even write a little note inside like:
-
“A little spring surprise for you!”
-
“Open for a sticker treat”
-
“Hoppy Easter!”
Step 4: Gift It

Close the matchbook flap and your tiny sticker stash is ready to gift.
These are perfect for:
-
Easter baskets
-
Spring snail mail
-
Classroom gifts
-
A surprise tucked into a friend’s snail mail
Tiny card. Tiny stickers. Maximum joy.
