How we're using our January 2026 Stationery Box
We’re fully in our romantic, vintage Valentine era, and this project might be one of our favorites yet. Using our Stationery Box and products from our Haricot Vert collab, we made the sweetest heart-shaped Valentines, complete with lace trims, wax seals, and plenty of whimsical charm.
These feel extra special, a little old-fashioned, and perfect for gifting (or keeping, no judgment).

Supplies

-
Adhesive (glue stick or double-sided tape)
-
Decorative trim or lace
Step 1: Cut Your Heart Cards

Start with the Pipsticks x Haricot Vert postcards from the book and cut them into heart shapes. Don’t stress about making them perfectly symmetrical, a little wonkiness just adds to the charm.
Lay a few out at once so you can mix and match patterns and sizes. Instant Valentine variety.
Step 2: Build the Base Layers

Now the fun begins. Start embellishing the fronts of your hearts using the junk journaling sticker pad and washi tape. Layer patterns, overlap stickers, and let the textures do the heavy lifting.
Once you’re happy with the base, add a wax seal for that extra vintage touch. It’s giving old love letters in the best way.
Step 3: Add Lace & Trim Details

This is where things get extra cute. Use lace or decorative trim along the edges or sides of your hearts and secure it with adhesive. The trim instantly elevates the cards and makes them feel like keepsakes, not just Valentines.
Pro tip: trimming the lace slightly uneven makes it feel more handmade and special.
Step 4: Finish With Details (Front and Back!)

To finish things off, we added stickers from our Haricot Vert collab! Little accents, words, and decorative details that tied everything together.
Don’t forget the backs! A few stickers, washi scraps, or a handwritten note makes the whole piece feel complete and thoughtful.

And just like that, you’ve got a stack of vintage-inspired heart Valentines that feel romantic, nostalgic, and totally one-of-a-kind. Gift them, mail them, or tuck one into your journal for safekeeping. Either way, they’re made with love, and a whole lot of stickers. 💌
