Dear Pipsticks, STICKERS ARE A FORM OF THERAPY!!! :) After I lost my brother, grandad, and dad while being pregnant; I found solace and comfort in crafting and stickers. ♥ Sometimes we can't quite find the words to say, but stickers always do. How has your week been? If I'm being honest, I'm POOPED! It's been another week of settling in, working, and getting the kids acclimated to NYC (which, it turns out, doesn't leave much time for watching Queer Eye and eating popcorn lol).
I have just THREE boxes left to unpack (woohoo), and will be spending the weekend setting up and organizing my home office. We're simultaneously creating a craft space and doing our best to turn a dark, concrete room into something inspiring (what used to be a craft room in CA is now a craft closet-thing in the basement of our NYC apartment - classic!). Wish me luck!
NYC goes back to school in two weeks, so I'm doing my best to savor these last days of lazier mornings, letting the kids stay up late to play cards, and our nightly walks to ice cream. That said... bring on the school year :)
