Fanmail Friday: "Thanks for the smiles!"

Hello Pipsticks Staff! Thanks for the great stickers! I've been making a sticker-a-day 2022 "calendar," adding one sticker a day in the back pages of my planner. Someone in a FB groups (maybe Sticker Lovers?) had the idea. My Pipsticks collection allows me easily to find a sticker that reminds me of what happened each day. Thanks for the smiles! ~ Diane

Wow, so. Many. Things. First off THANK YOU for all the love, support, and encouragement you've been sending as we work through some major growing pains over the past few weeks. We're making progress on our customer service queue every day, and our shipping turn around is very close to back on track!

Unfortunately as a small business, these things take time, and with social media as it is these days that is, frankly, terrifying. It's very sad and disappointing to see just how nasty things can turn and I can't express how much your messages of understanding, patience and appreciation of our customer service team mean when we are also having to deal with inappropriate, hateful communication. I'm so grateful for this community.

As a small business, there is lots of financial pressure on each new thing we launch. Going into this week, I was worried that some of the negativity we were getting on social media would overshadow the pre-sale of our new Kawaii Christmas Advent Calendar, and man, WAS I WRONG!

I couldn't be more excited about how many of you pre-ordered the calendar (and really wish we had printed more lol!). It was a reminder that you TRUST us, that you are EXCITED about what we do, and that you're WITH us even when there are bumps in the road.

I promise that we will continue to earn this support and are working 24/7 to get back to business as usual and to our mission of creating happy, colorful, FUN things just for you!
